  • Reliability
    • All customers are hosted on our Dual CPU Quad Core server. The server has 8 CPU processors and a 8GB memory.
    • The server does daily and weekly backups so you won't lose your files.
    • There is ticket support for all customers so you're happy with the service you get!
  • Payments
    • All payments are requested 2 weeks before they are due.
    • If you do not pay within the 2 weeks given to you ahead of time, your accounts will be suspended.
    • After you are suspended and you continue to not pay for one week, your account will be terminated.
    • Overdue invoices are charged 10%
  • Refunds
    • You will be given a 15 day full money back gaurantee. No refunds will be given for domain names. See domain pricing list for more details on how much each domain costs.
    • Please file all cancellations to the billing department. Please note that refunds may take up to 48 hours to progagate.
  • Files
    • You are not permitted to upload ANY sort of files associated with:
      • Warez/hacking
      • Illegal downloads
      • Torrents
      • Copyright infridgement
      • Proxys
      • Free services (file uploaders, emails, etc)
      • Pornography
      • Violence
      • Unlawful material
      • Spam
  • Termination
    • If you break our TOS, you will not be given any warnings before you are terminated.
    • If you were terminated, no refunds will be given.
    • If accounts terminated for payment overdue, your account can be restored for as low as $10
  • Disclaimer
    • Connito Hosting will not be responsible for any losses you have made nor are we responsible for any downtime, damanges, files, or other issues.
    • Connito Hosting is also not responsible for any content you upload
  • Spamming
    • Spam use on the server will not be permitted. Results of spamming may lead to suspension or termination
  • Limitations
    • Emails can not pass 200 emails out and in per hour
  • Backups
    • Connito Hosting makes daily backups for your site. This does NOT mean that you shouldn't backup your files yourself.
    • If the server crashes, there is no gaurantee that the restored backup is 100% up to date. It will most likely be from yesterday.
  • Transfers of accounts
    • If you would like to have your account transferred from another host, please open a ticket and send it to the support department with your login details so we can proccess the transfer.
    • The duration of your transfer will depend on how large your account is. Most transfers are completed within 1-2 hours from start. However, we do not gaurantee the timings.
    • There is no guarantee that the transfer will be 100% successful. 99.9% of the time, the transfers are successful.
    • Accounts transfered can only be from a cPanel based account.
